To investigate and enquire into all complaints in a professional, fair, impartial and time bound manner; to identify and ensure that the corrupt are duly punished under the rule of law for their misconduct; to win the trust of people by quite efficiency, polite and compassionate behaviour towards one and all and working within the confines of law; to identify systemics; weaknesses generating avenues for corruption and suggesting measures to improve system; and to make constant endeavour to improve our professionalism and credibility.
